Welcome to PAY Swimming. The Blue Wave Swim Team of the Phoenixville Area YMCA is an age group competitive swimming program focused on producing great kids and outstanding swimmers. Our program offers a great opportunity to enjoy competitive swimming for everyone from the first timer to the national qualifier.
